Swelling of gums
I have had my lower molar tooth extracted 12 days ago. The tooth was badly decayed and the crown was broken on the gum line so my dentist had to do a surgical extraction. It's been 12 days now my gum is still swollen. I have been using warm salt water 3-4 times a day ,regularly ,still there's no improvement. I have mild pain when I press my jaws but otherwise there is no extreme pain. Please if anybody could answer that how long this swelling will remain. And is it normal to swell for more than 10 days?

Hello…. There might be some infection reoccurrence… You might be having a dry socket that needs to be taken care of .. You need to get it treated properly by the dentist where the wound is thoroughly cleaned and sometimes a dressing is applied. Once this initial stage is complete, your dentist may also treat dry socket with a course of antibiotics to help cure any infection.
Next Steps
Get it examined by the dentist clinically.
