Swelling in Neck
Swelling in neck which sometimes causes discomfort. Currently on pain medication only as mentioned. FNAC of left cervical lymph node shows epithelioid cells in hemorrhagic background. Is this something to worry about? Could someone please guide?

Your needle test doesnt show cancer but doesnt rule that out either. Need examination of head and neck region to look at possible primary. And rpt cytohistopathology assement to lookforcancer cells

You need an inspection of the oral cavity, clinical examination of the head neck and clinical history. Consult and ent surgeon as soon as possible. This report per se is not malignant but fnac can be false negative also. No test is 100pcnt sensitive

Need to see USG of neck and which group of neck nodes are enlarged. Then only can come to conclusions.
