Swelling in front of neck
I recently had a throat infection couple of weeks ago. Now i am experiencing swelling in front of the neck (left side near thyroid gland) and difficulty swallowing with firm muscle strain underneath left lymph node which gives pain when rotating head to right side. Please advice.
