  4. Pain on left side base of neck. Cancer?

Pain on left side base of neck
Pain on left side base of neck and shoulder. Sometime feeling slight pain in left ear. I am going through anxiety as well.there is no swelling on neck and lymph nodes? No cough.is this due to anxiety Or some oral cancer?

Oral cancer can be easily ruled out by examination..symptoms are vague.. go to physician for examination and history
