Doubt of head and neck cancer
Hello doctor ...from last six months Whenever i swallowing something there is a pain in my upper back just b/w the shoulders and this pain persist for 3-4 hours . I had sore throat and heaviness in voice from 6 months . Stiffness in the neck . Mouth remain full with saliva every time
