Swelling in gums
I have swelling in my gums since past one week.
Due to this while chewing food I am feeling pain in infected gum.
Pain is mainly while chewing food
I am doing gargling with hot water but still no relief.

Swelling of the gums is a sign of gum inflammation and can be due to multiple reasons. Please visit a dentist for a proper clinical evaluation so that the right treatment can be advised based on the right diagnosis.
Anti inflammatory medications or antibiotics or even home remedies like warm saline rinses will only provide temporary symptomatic relief for a brief duration. Delaying the treatment can cause the symptoms to aggravate further.
