Swelling of the gums is a sign of gum inflammation and can be due to multiple reasons. Please visit a dentist for a proper clinical evaluation so that the right treatment can be advised based on the right diagnosis.
Anti inflammatory medications or antibiotics or even home remedies like warm saline rinses will only provide temporary symptomatic relief for a brief duration. Delaying the treatment can cause the symptoms to aggravate further.

Greetings,
I advise you to get yourself checked by any dentist closeby. Advise you to get your teeth cleaned once and the dentist will follow it up with you once again. Iam sure you will improve. Follow the instructions & treatment so advised by your Specialist.
