Swelling in gums.
Her gums on both side are swelling and getting red.
She is doing gargle by hot water but no effect and due to this continues pain is there.

The most cause is due to plaque(food deposition around the tooth ) which has inturned to gum disease. Proper brushing technique should be advocated for proper cleansing of tooth. If she is not allergic t My medication do have doxy 100mg for twice a day for three days and once in a day for two days...

Most probable cause for condition is gum disease. You are advised to maintain oral hygiene via brushing with soft bristle toothbrush twice daily, rinsing after every meal. Warm saline rinses will help with the condition.

There is periodontitis. Needs scaling. Prior to that take metrogyl 400 mg twice for 5 days
Hifenac P twice for 3 days.
Gargle with betadine diluted. Apply metrohex gel on the gums rinse after half an hour. Don't swallow the saliva.

Mouth wash: BETADINE gargle, after food, 2.5ml, take raw in mouth, hold for 2-3 minutes and spit out. Do not eat drink or rinse mouth for next half an hour. Use mouth wash once a day, for 7 days, followed by once in every 2 days,after meal.
Dologel CT,apply locally,4-5 times/day,after food,not to swallow saliva during the ointment applied on gum,spit out after 3-4 minutes. And rinse mouth thoroughly.
C.becosule forte,once a day for 15 days.
Maintain oral hygiene.

Needs scaling and cleaning of teeth.
Till than she can do warm water saline gargles.
Do betadine gargles 3times a day and not to eat food till 30mins after gargles.
