You might be suffering from an allergic reaction to the drug taken namely paracetamol as per  the details provided by you. So immediately stop taking the drug. Instead of paracetamol you can take tab ibugesic 200mg thrice a day after meals. Hydrate yourself adequately. For reducing the swelling due to allergic reaction to the drug taken you can take Tab avil twice a day after meals. If still your swelling is not subsiding we can later on start you on low dose of steroids tab prednisone.
Next Steps
Immediately stop taking the drug.Keep your both lower limb elevated while sitting as well as lying down preferably do this by keeping cushions below your lower limbs. Wear compression stockings while walking and standing.
Health Tips
If symptoms worsen immediately consult.
