Swelling in ankle
My left ankle has been swollen for about a month, it's like thereading is fluid, it's gushy when you touch it. I can turn my ankle, already has an xray showing no damage to the bone. When I take my socks off or put them on and lightly touch it I get severe pain up my leg, and ankle and the issue is also on the top of my foot.
My symptoms are headaces, fatigue,loss of appetite, constantly freezing cold.
I'm cureentry taking 7.5mg meloxicam

Follow RICE protocol it is Rest then Ice therapy followed by compression bandage and keep the limb n elevation when ur at home or work place
