Hello sir....it could be due to deep cavity in that tooth or due to erupting wisdom tooth.kindly visit a dentist and get an x ray of the tooth done.You can also practo consult us along with photograph of that area.Regards.

An xray needs to be done and till then you can take clavum 625 mg and metrogyl 400 mg thrice daily for 3days..along with paracetamol 500 mg one tablet twice daily for 3 days

swelling in the gums suggest an gum infection due to faulty brushing or food lodgement. kindly take an xray to know the situation and get it cleaned. take doxycycline and eterocoxib p 10 tablets for 5 days. use stoli gum paint to massagegums
