Swelling and pus formartion in gums
I have swelling around my lower back 2 molar teeth with pus and pain... Due to lockdown i am not able to visit dentist... Plzz suggest me temporory medicine and any treatment??

You have not mentioned your age and any medical condition if your above 16 years old and don’t have any medical condition take these medicines. 1 Tab augmentin 625mg twice daily after food for 3 days 2 Tab metrogel 400mg 3 times a day after eating something 3 Tab zerodol sp twice daily after food for 3 days 4 Tab Pan40 once daily before food for 3 days

Tab O2 twice daily for 5days after meals Tab Zerodol SP twice daily for 5days after meals Tab Rablet D once daily for 5days before meals Hexidine mouthwash twice daily for 14 days Warm saline rinses between meals ☆☆☆If patient is alcoholic or has consumed same within 15 days DO NOT take O2 as it has life threatening reaction instead take Augmentin 625mg

As per your details it’s dental infection so better don’t eat from the affected side .

Since it’s lockdown so take Tab Augmentim 625 mg bd tab serradic ap bd after meals tab Pantocid 40 mg bd before meals all medicines for 5days.

Take a 1/2 cup of lukewarm water add pinch of salt and do rinding4/5 times daily and do gentle brushing.
