Swelling and pain at/around knee joint
Swelling and pain at knee joint of one leg. Not able to move properly from past 2 weeks. Pain increases while at sitting/sleeping position.

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. -Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. -(You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Use a pillow under the knee. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. -- .Do mild exercises for the affected part-ie. --.(Take help of physiotherapist or you can visit my you tube channel Dr NC Gupta Yoga Simplified). Since there is no history of Injury and fever, most likely it looks to be inflammatory pathology, so plz get few tests done . CBC ESR CRP RA FACTOR AND URIC ACID .Plz her these tests done fasting from a good lab. By the time report comes start Tablet Nucoxia 120 once daily after breakfast. Use cold gel packs for 15 mins twice daily. No hot fomentation.

Young patient with acute knee pain and swelling , needs evaluation Any history of trauma or injury If not there see a Rheumatologist  to rule out reactive arthritis

Might be due to trauma If it's not traumatic u need to get evaluated further by Orthopedic surgeon Take Zerodol SP twice daily for 3 days Tab Enzogrip trice daily for 3 days Use crepe bandage

Could be a simple injury, uric acid issue or simply an early synovitis... A doctor would b able to see u n prescribe the best way fwd.. Recommend to see a specialist of things don't settle in a week or so.
