My brother had swallowed almost 1 cap of betadine gargle almost 4 hours ago. What should we do please help us

Is there any symptoms? Is he complaining of dizziness or convulsions or anything? Usually the content is fluoride so it usually effects stomach but whole bottle is dangerous. Observe carefully and if he complains of anything carry him to the hospital
