Supplements for pcos
Hello, I have pcos with type 2 diabetes due to genetics. I was getting irregular periods before but due to diet and exercise and also adding supplements like inositol I started getting normal periods. Is it safe to continue taking inositol? Are there any side effects like high triglycerides or high liver enzymes? Thank you

If your PCOS is controlled with diet and exercise then no need to take inositol regularly
