PCOS is a lifestyle related disorder. Check for insulin resistance, dyslipidemia, thyroid function, hyperandrogenism. If everything is normal then follow a balanced nutritious diet, regular physical activity, proper sleep and meditation/pranayama for mental health for atleast 3months.
