Suicidal thoughts
I have suicidal thoughts.i don't want to kill myself but I feel like if I was in the road and a car came towards me I wouldn't move everything I look at is a new way I could kill myself...but other times I'm happy or at least I fake it what do I do...I don't want to talk to my family about it

U must talk yo ur family.Support from the near ones makes people stronger and they are unbreakable under pressure. Anxiety,mental pressure,emotional causes are the reason behind ur problem,as per my diagnosis.But it is properly diagnosed and treated if u visit a psychologist and talk to him. This type of  problems needs details discussion and evaluation of the case. Some deeper emotional cause may play a role in this type of cases,by counselling sessions psychologist discovered this and try to find a way to solve it. If symptoms get worse then medicinal help need from psychiatrist.

for overall health 1.sleep 8 hrs at night. 2.avoid too much social media. 3.avoid too much use of mobile pc laptop. 4.avoid mobile pc 1hr before sleep. 5.before sleep may hear good music,or read a good book or  can watch a good movie. 6.workout daily or regular morning walk or join gym. 7.Share ur thoughts with ur parents or good friends. 8.Concentrate on ur work,study,passion, hobby. 9.Maintain proper diet. 10.Take proper protein supplement and some time multivitamines.
