Suicidal thoughts, depressed
I have tremors for 2 years, it's progressed now and I'm not able to write due to some kind of trigger,I can't hold my pen because of loose grip and i m having crying spells at night, suicidal thoughts and having difficulty in falling asleep, i am tired all time.

Tremor is of many reasons. You may have essential tremor or Parkinson or cerebellar origin or anxiety.
But all tremor may respond to propranolol except Parkinson.
