Syr Aptivate 5ml twice daily before lunch and dinner.
Next Steps
Use this syrup for around 15 days and then stop
Health Tips
Syrup is a temporary measure. I suggest go for a permanent solution like making tasty ,different variety food at home so that child develops interest in home prepared meals

Honest answer. There are many brands available in market which claims to increase appetite. Practically i have seen all of them fail to their claim. The best way to increase appetite is TIME-TABLE food. Ie to give food at same time everyday with no lapse, appetite will increase natural way. Your daughter is 20 mth old, 10 kg is fine , i assume that she is a very active child , (average wt at 2yr is 11.5 kg) Dont give her any medicine, rather treat her physiologically. 4 meals a day with 3-4 hrs apart at same time for 15 days. Home based snack, dry fruit in between. No maida , no biscuits, no pack food. You will find positive impact in 3-4 week.
