Sir/Ma'am recently I am taking abhayarishta 10ml twice for obstinate constipation problem of 5 years. It also works for me very good. After taking it for 7-8 days, all joints of hands legs started cracking sound. In each movement noise comes joint. Is it normal !
Suggest me something to take along with abhayarishta so that joints won't pop up. I don't want to leave abhayarishta.

If cracking sound is without pain then you can relax it’s not an emergency
But if it is associated with pain swelling and decreased range of motion then only it’s bad for you
You are using abhayarishta implies you may be having gastric issues like constipation and piles like condition
Constipation increases Vata and pitta in your body
All arishtas are having property to increase pitta
The increased pitta can be drying out your joint lubricants
This indirectly aggravating Vata hence crackling sound
Use tila tailam for balancing Vata and use ghee to balance pitta
Next Steps
Balance Vata and pitta
