Suggest antibiotics
I am suffering from cough from 5 days . And got ear pain from yesterday. I took montair lc tablet for 4 days . Improvement seen but not properly cured . Please suggest any antibiotics

1)Check for any lumps palpable below your jaws and around the neck . 2) no need to take antibiotics unless associated with fever or thick yellowish sputum. 3) gargle with lukewarm water + 1/2 tsf chlorhexidine mouthwash at least four times daily. 4) check for ear discharge or reduced hearing in either ear . If anyone present then take tab clarithromycin 500 1tab twice daily for 1 week. 5) take mucolytics like tablet mucinac 600mg 1tab thrice daily for 2weeks. Consult for more detailed approach.

Drink cough syrup grillinctus 10 ml twice a day for 3 days Tab azithromicin 500 mg once a day for 3 days Put some vicks/ amrutanjan balm in hot water and inhale steam Tab.ldio 1m twice daily for 5 days Avoid cold air/foods/ sugary foods Drink mummys traditional haldiwala milk at night before sleep Chew clove /cardamom Keep a seprate towel to avoid reinfection

Tab augmentin 625mg one morning and one evening for 5 days. Tab acefenac 100mg one morning and one evening for 3 days. Continue monteleukast + cetrizine. Consult online after finishing antibiotic course

Continue. Cefexim 200 two times a day after food for five days.  Otek ac ear drops one drop in each ear. Zerodol sp three times a day after food for 3 to 5 days.
