All results are normal. You do not have diabetes. But white sugar is as such not healthy  so better avoid it You can use honey or jaggery for sweetening. Use more of fresh vegetables and fruits,  whole grains, nuts  in place of fried foods. Stay physically active as per your stamina and rest adequately.

Hello, I am Dr. Romain Rajan, General Physician. I understand your concern. Based on your results: Fasting blood sugar: 78 mg/dL ✅ (normal) Post-lunch (2-hour) blood sugar: 107 mg/dL ✅ (normal) HbA1c: 5.5% ✅ (normal) These values indicate that your blood sugar is within a healthy range, and there is no evidence of diabetes or prediabetes. General Advice / Precautions: Maintain a balanced diet with vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and lean proteins. Stay physically active, aiming for at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise most days. Avoid excessive sugar, sugary drinks, and processed foods. Keep a healthy weight and monitor lifestyle factors like sleep and stress. What to monitor: Annual check of fasting and post-meal blood sugar is usually sufficient if you remain healthy. If you notice excessive thirst, frequent urination, unexplained weight changes, consult a doctor. Medicine / Supplements: None needed for normal sugar readings. When to consult a doctor immediately: Persistent high blood sugar readings on self-monitoring Symptoms like sudden vision changes, increased thirst, or frequent urination If you maintain a healthy lifestyle, your current results are excellent, and no specific treatment is needed. You can connect with me on Practo or WhatsApp at 85271646 seven seven for personalized advice. Best regards, Dr. Romain Rajan General Physician

Your sugar readings are completely normal. If you’ve had diabetes before or are on medication, it means it’s well controlled. If not, these numbers show you have healthy sugar levels. No extra precautions needed beyond a balanced diet and regular activity.
