Sufring long time GI track, fissure,

My self Ashok Kumar age 30 years old unmarried currently unemployed my query regarding anorectle disease ,last 4 years iam sufring irretate bowel movement ,anus pain, swelling , buts pain,itching,in 24 hours passing 3 to 4 times stool ,bloating stomach,in  morning feel vomiting, indigestion,white tongue and zeebh,never feel freshup which generally feel in morning.whole body lower side  tiredness,some time joint pain ,weight are lose/increase according to diet,in case increasing symptom iam visit nearby hospital ,clinic, physician prescribed routine medicine or antibiotics,after taken I feel relief than again some days or month again happen above symptom feel pressure anal region fissure,4 years before go through private endoscopy which has written hytus hernia,my query are very help full to u that ,here is nuerological, connection to upset stomach,during time daily routine effect my life .plz suggest me correct diagnose  pathology lab test, hospital clinic.above these symptom,thanks
