Fissure and piles
I am a working woman. 3 months before I have been going through a fissure surgery, but after that my wound got infected so it took so much time to cure. After that last month doctors told me that your wound was totally healed and didn't use any ointment or laxative, so I stopped using them but the effect of that I have again bleeding , itching started so I take ayurvedic medicine for that but still I don't have any relief. So what can I do now because all precautionary measures were taken by me but still I didn't get relief. Is there a fissure or piles coming back.. please help...

you might be having tight anal opening. if this is frequently happening you need sphincterotomy surgery. needs physical consultation to confirm the same.
