I have been diagnosed with anal fissure (after check up from surgeon) for last 5 months. Due my family history of rectal cancer (1 parent) colonoscopy was also done it revealed piles and posterior midline anal fissure. Current taking laxative and sliz bath. I want to know how long will it take to recover? See attached picture for your reference.

Needs surgery. It takes around 14 days to heal. But if this is a chronic issue better get it operated.
