Fissure and piles
Sir , around 1 month ago J was suffering from piles and fissure both. Doctor prescribed cremagel and laxative , so after one month today the size of the lump while defecating has been reduced and also there is inflammation sometimes while defecating. I am not able to find whether healing is taking place or not. Please anyone suggest or tell me what I have to do

If you still feel pain while passing stool then your fissure is still active. The inflammation that you are telling could be external hemorrhoids. Need a per rectal examintion to evaluate the above said problems. Kindly contact for further queries
