Suffering from Nightfall problem
Hi, i have facing issue with nightfall, and due to this i feel very irritating. I have stop masterbation from last six month. But now the problem is nightfall, i have done all things like busy in study, workout, play sports and avoid porn and other contents but still getting night fall in 2-3 days gap. With this my sleep disturb, i need to change clothes every time so annoying. Kindly provide any suggestion or medicine for this problem.
