Suffering from fever

Asked for Male, 6 Years

My child is 6yrs old.my son is having fever temp is 100degrees.can we give zuper HalF tablet to him.present I'm not having fever syrup.could you plz tell me is it safe.

yes u can give ....but temp charting must if temp is >100 u have to give.. if continuous temp ....not responding to medicine better to take opinion from near by dr.blood test needed in that case
