Suffering from fever
I am suffering from fever from past 2 days. On 1st day i was having 104 temperature which gradually decreased to 99-100.7 temperature after taking paracetamol and anti biotic. But it's not decreasing less then 99.

Without knowing associated symptoms with fever, it’s quite inappropriate to prescribe any medicine. Although fever in this range usually are Viral fever.
Next Steps
As per the symptoms, next step should be taken. For eg Getting CBC done , any other test .
