Try to reduce weight first. Follow these tips below: #)Do regular exercise start with simple brisk walking then go for yoga and meditation; #)Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water daily. Try incorporate vegetable juices/soups twice daily in your meal.#) Avoid fatty ,oily ,fried, processed, frozen and packaged foods.#)Drink at least 3 glass of water first thing in morning.
