High BP and cholesterol problems,age 17
I am just 17 year old and worry too much get afraid easily at small things and stress too much. That is why my BP is also rising since 2017 and also my LDL cholesterol is 90,which is normal but still high,HDL cholesterol is below normal range,ie,41.80.My BP is also 150/110 everytime.I havent been diagnosed with any heart or kideny problems so i blame my stress and lifestyle for this.Please help me.Suggest me what to eat to reduce bad cholesterol and increase good cholesterol.What should i intake for high BP.Thank You doctors.

Hi You need to lose weight and go for regular morning walk for about 45mins in aday . Stop eating packet ,processed ,canned food . Eat home food and low sodium salt . One or two serving off fruits in aday. Avoid chips ,chocolate, deep fried food .
Health Tips
Walk and stretching will help you . Watch what you eat.
