Need more information regarding pain . Pain in back region and bilateral knee joint is suggestive of radiculopathy with or without bilateral knee joint osteoarthritis. Radiculopathy means compression of nerve when it is exiting from vertebral column . It can be due lumber canal stenosis in which narrowing of canal occurs due trauma, tumour and tuberculosis or due to arthritis of vertebral joint or any lesion which will involve canal . Second most common reason is due to disc problem which has mass effect. Radiculopathy may be due to metastatis of tumours anywhere else in the body.
