Suffering from Back Pain
Hi, 2 days back during while doing a warm up excercise, my back started paining and it hasn't stopped since. I'm unable to stand straight or sit firmly. Should I consult a doctor or visit a massageu ?

• Back stretching. • Avoid bending in front. • Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. • Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily. • Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily.

Hi.., it seems some low back tissues got hurted during warm-up, don't worry..

Please visit a physiotherapist. Sounds like a muscle strain. With proper stretching and ice pack it should get better.
