I am suffering from back pain from more than 2 yrs.i had gone thru some MRI and some blood tests but nothing came out.
I have been told to have medicine for 2 yrs.
But I cannot go with it.
And this pain is kind of stiffness in the morning.it starts from around 4 am in the morning.it remains till 1 hr around after I left the bed.
Please suggest over it.

go for regular excersice,warmups, ur itting posture .DONOT sit in one posture for longer duration.

Lower back pain could be due to paraspinal muscle spasm , intervertibral disc bulge or herniation,damaged bone or ligament,radiculopathy ( small nerve root irrigation) ..it s not possible to comment without x ray ,MRI, ... Improper posture while working or sleeping can also aggravate back pain consult orthopedic surgeon..
