Sudden weight loss
I have sudden weight loss in past 2 weeks about 5kgs.. from 83 to 77, and have diabetic symptoms like excessive thirst, frequent urination and blurry vision. having bitter melon juice in morning feel good. In this lockdown time I don't want to go outside to hospital, what can i do in this situation?

There is no way to diagnose diabetes other than getting tested . I would highly recommend you should get tested for blood sugar . Do one fasting blood sugar and HbA1c.

Hello Clinically u have diabetes symptoms,need to confirm biochemically. Can give sample early morning at home. Need diet modification. Take small frequent meals. Physical activity helps. Weight loss wil b dere in many situations, diabetes is one among them.

You have to get your blood workup done to determine how bad your sugars are And if there are any other issues
