Hi I had the same problem myself. So I understand how you are feeling. I need to understand what led to your weight gain. Was it bad lifestyle or some hormonal imbalance. If your lifestyle and flooding habits were the same than in that case you might have a hormonal imbalance. It could potentially be a thyroid or diabetes problem as well. But if your food habits have become bad again then unfortunately you need to start all over again. I know it’s hard and I have been through this myself. But it’s important that you keep the faith. Our genetics don’t allow us live like others do and keep the same weight. You need to start eating healthy and go under a high intensity workout regimen in your nearest gym. Hit me back again with more details if you need some more help. Thanks Anant
