Sudden rashes on my face
My sister was sleeping and suddenly when she woke up these rashes were visible on her face. There is no irritation or pain or any sensation but we are unable to understand how dis this happen.

Wash face thoroughly. Wait for 24 hrs to see if they disappear on their own. If they don't disappear and there's no other symptoms like itching, or swelling, you can apply meftal forte cream on it twice a day.
