Sudden pain in jaw
For last few weeks, I experience sudden pain in my gums at night. It's unbearable but after few minutes it stops on its own. I am not able to figure out the origin of the pain. It's spread in my left side of the jaw to the ear. What might the reason for the pain.

I might be due to third molar . Very difficult to say withou seeing clinically. U start with warm saline rinses

Generally, when a third molar is erupting such pain arises, but gum pain could also be due to gum disease. It is very difficult to diagnose this pain or tell the cause of it without examining clinically.
