Sudden low bp
Hello Doctor My father was on fasting from last 10 days and he is hypertension patient today after break fast he took bp tablet hai and suddenly after 3 to 4hr he started vomiting and loose motion. Due to Dussehra no Doctor is available except government hospital. He went there and his bp was 79/59 they gave metronidazole injection ip and sodium chloride injection ip 1-1 bottle. That time bp increase by 100/60 then hospital told to go home. Now we check the bp is 90/60 in both hand but he is feeling better. But we are too much worried he is 68 yr old. Could you please suggest. I am not with them now. They are in small town.
