Have sudden high fever, fatigue, weakness and headche. Took paracetamol, but fever did not subside. What could it possibly be?

Hey need not be worried.Jus stay hydrated and have healthy food and get urself relaxed for three days. If fever din subside get the blood test done. Take care

These are symptoms of acute febrile illness which can be due to many reasons such bacterial, viral infections. You can do basic blood investigations. And you can provide detailed history for narrowing down differentials
