Sudden dizzy
Dear doctor , i'm facing dizzy some times , my neck bone pains when i bend , my upper back bone also pains ,some times my left arm pains an get weak ..! some crack sound comes when i move my neck right an left ..! i can bare the pain of the neck , but don't know why i feel dizzy ..! bcz of dizzy i feel anxious ..!
