Three days back I went for a team lunch, and had a lot of veg food there. I spent 2 hrs in the office after that and I didn't have any trouble at all. Then when returning home abt 2.5 hrs after the lunch in the cab I got dizzy (things felt like it was moving after I moved my head). I got out of the cab abt 10 mins after that and started walking and every step felt weird and things were moving with each step.
I immediately took a bite out of cake, then walked for 10 mins the dizziness got better but I had a headache for 2 days post that. Now I'm feeling better but what could these symptoms indicate?
