Hi, Yesterday I did an early pregnancy scan , I got the report , the baby heart beat is normal , but that report is mentioned the line " subchronic hemorrhage measuring 2.4*0.4 cm noted " want to know what's the issue.

There is no issue. Please consult your Gynaecologist who is looking after you, and follow his advice. Repeat the sonography scan after one week. Things may be better.
