Hii. I am 12week2day pregnant. I was diagonised with subchorionic collection 24*9mm.? Is this collection large? Does it heal? Will it cause any harm to my baby?

It is important to continue the medications given if there is a subchorionic bleed or collection.then repeat ultrasound will guide us whether it is resolving or not

Nothing to worry,it will heal, avoid stress, heavy work, intercourse, take progesterone, rest, report to gyanaecologist if any bleeding, repeat scan after one week

It is small collection Nothing to worry Take bed rest It will heal by itself with in 2 wks No harm to ur baby If u r in contact with regular gynaecologist please post medication u r taking presently Tab duphaston two times a day will help to maintain pregnency

Strict bed rest Continue Fol 123 Capsule Susten 200 mg twice a day for 2 weeks per vaginum pessary Injection Proluton depo 500 micrograms twice a week for 2 weeks Mothers Horlicks two spoons with milk two times a day for 2 weeks

Repeat ultrasound pelvis done for uterus tubes and ovaries and fetus and retroplacental clots
Health Tips
Avoid lifting weights and stress and intercourses Avoid papaya and pineapple Take a boiled egg daily

It is quite significant collection. Usually it gets absorbed and doesn't harm the baby. Rarely it can increase in size and lead to abortion.

1. Take progesterone supplements 2.Follow up with ultrasound weekly to look for its size
