  4. Subchorionic collection. Help me out.

My wife is 8 weeks 4 days pregnant. But there is some subchorionic collection (20.03cc). Doctor suggest me the capsule vagelton, but one of my friend suggest me that you shoukd admit her in the hospital for injection. I am very confused please help me out.
