I am 8weeks pregnant in my first scan
Thin subchorionic collection seen measuring 11 x 4 mm along the anterior wall in endometrial cavity.
Is there any problem please suggest

Nothing to be worried as such for now if no bleeding is there. But if you have bleeding or if this collection increases then definitely monitoring is required
It has risk of abruption or placenta separation at third trimester and the risk is very very low. Most pregnancies move on well. Regular scans and follow up with your gynaecologist should help.
