Struvite crystals in urine
My pug is getting uti again and again. We are giving her struvite prescription diet in evening and roti with ghee in morning and she eats raw carrots and tomatoes. If we give her prescription diet two times, she won't eat it. Antibiotics are getting resistant because of recurrent uti. Please suggest what to do

Next Steps
To know  the root cause of the RUTI whether it is mere infection or result of other underlying condition detailed examination and some tests to be needed. So Don't neglect and do consult with full details
Health Tips
You should also encourage your dog to drink water to flush bacteria from the bladder. Foods you should avoid giving your pet include asparagus, tomatoes, spinach, raw carrots, and dairy products

If she is not willing to eat a prescription diet alone, then talk to a veterinary nutritionist to prepare a tailor-made diet to avoid crystal formation. Try to get her some natural supplements too from your veterinary doctor.
