Struggling weight and heart conditions
I've been wanting to take a weight loss supplement for the past few months now but what had been holding me back is the fact that I was born with a heart condition and don't know if it is safe for me to take certain supplements. I was born with asd, vsd, and interuptted aeortic arch. I have had five surgeries since i was born. I am now 22 and struggling with my weight and i would like to get myself in a healthier position. I'm not sure what supplements, if any, are okay for me to be taking.
