Stress, Mood Swings
Basically I get frequent mood swings over small things or sometimes on nothing, which leads me to overthink and stress about it. Sometimes I feel I want to cut all the connections to the world and stay alone. And also there are times when i feel i don't have anyone to talk to or to share my thoughts, my tensions and my sadness to which again makes me thinking noone cares for me and understands me when i share my problems with them. Once i stressed about a misunderstanding and it made me out of breathe and I felt like i was burning up.
