It is great that you are a vigilant parent. Speak to your daughter and ask her about the difficulty she is experiencing at work. Find a solution for her with your own expertise. Speak to her about the difficulties that she is experiencing in her relationship. Spend time with her. Take her out. Seek professional help.

Yes, she might be going through  stress and anxiety if there are job and relationship related issues. As mind and body are interlinked, such emotional disturbance can also affect her physical health and behavior. So it's better she goes through stress management plan immediately  on advice of a psychologists who can help to assess her current situation and symptoms to recommend a suitable and more practical solution. Please help her in taking a professional support. Fix an appointment with a psychological counselor either online or offline and encourage her to share her thoughts and feelings... That might give her a clarity to out of those issues.
