Stress attacks
I get stress attacks on a regular basis. It usually occurs at night and sometimes in the evening. I can't breathe properly, my heartbeat strikes up and sometimes my body turns cold. What should I do? I have tried yoga and morning walks but nothing worked.

You appear to have panic attacks. They are related to anxiety. Get your thyroid function tests with a physician. If normal consult a psychiatrist for treatment. Yoga in addition to it will help
